Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to handle clerical tasks and support our team’s growing needs. You must also be able to handle multiple routine tasks simultaneously . The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and be flexible with performing quick administrative tasks throughout the day. In order to be selected as a candidate you need to be proficient in word processing software.

 

 

Responsibilities:

Handling incoming calls, including polite & professional communication via phone and email

Updating paper work and maintaining documents

Receiving clients
Respond to inquiries from potential clients within a timely and professional manner
Make decisions on filtering clients based on information provided
Recording and storing information when needed

Creating , maintaining and entering information into databases
Manage various ongoing administrative tasks
Administrative work for projects when needed

 

Requirements:

2 years experience needed
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organization and time management skills
Warm personality, positive attitude, strong communication skills
Excellent written skills
Degree/diploma
