A private & growing real estate firm is looking froward to hire the services of a Bookkeeper. This job is full time & on a contract basis that will last for 1 month. If impressed by your services,likely to hire your services on a permanent basis:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:
B.Sc in Accounting
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Record day to day financial transactions
Maintain records of invoices and contracts.
Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy
Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
Facilitate payroll in a timely manner
Issue invoices to customers
Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Monitor office supply levels and reorder as necessary
Provide clerical and administrative support to management
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principle
Knowledge & Experience of Microsoft Excel ,MS Office is essential
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Attention to detail and accuracy of work.
Experience with accounting/bookkeeping software.
Able to prepare, review and understand a financial statements
Must have a listening ear and eye for detail.
Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
